How do I export my products?

You can export your products from BigCommerce to a CSV or XML file you can download to your computer for backup, editing, or importing into other software.

Exporting all products
1.) Login to your store's control panel.

2.) Click on Products and then Export Products.



Now, follow the instructions in the Exporting your Products section.

Exporting only a Few Products

1.) Login to your store's control panel

2.) Click on Products and the View Products.



3.) Find the products you would like to export and select the checkboxes to the left of them.



4.) Select Export these Products from the dropdown menu, and click Go.

Now, follow the instructions in the Exporting your Products section.

Exporting your Products

1.) Select the export template you would like to use. If you are unsure of which one you would like, select Bulk Edit.

2.) If you require an XML file, select this option. Otherwise, select CSV file, and click Continue.



4.) A window will now pop-up. Click Export my products to a CSV file.



5.) After the progress bar completes, click the Downlaod my Products File link.



Save the file on your computer so that you can now import it to another software program, keep it as a backup, or edit it for re-import into your store.
